AgWorks Demo Day
August 26, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
AgWorks is a multi-week program intended to accelerate the growth of ag-related start-ups in East Tennessee. Demo Day is an opportunity for the five startups in this year’s cohort to show the public what they’ve accomplished this summer. This year, we are fortunate to have joined forces with Nourish Knoxville to bring you Demo Day live during the celebrated Farmer’s Market on Market Square in downtown Knoxville, TN.
Demo Day will begin with a casual coffee reception, followed by a conversation between Pete Nelson, Chairmen and CEO of AgLaunch, and Charlotte Tolley, founder and executive director of Nourish Knox, as they share their thoughts on the role of agriculture and entrepreneurship in our region, and then pitches from the five AgWorks start-ups. A brief agenda is below. We hope that you’ll join us at Demo Day and show your support for startups and Ag entrepreneurship in East Tennessee. To register for Demo Day please click this link.
